To the First Company That Believed in Hold Fast: Thank You, Arbsession
Every Company Remembers Its First Believer
For Hold Fast, that was Arbsession.
When Hold Fast was new, we knew we had created something we believed could be genuinely useful to the arboriculture industry. We didn't set out simply to make another piece of equipment. We wanted to build something practical, capable, and useful in the work arborists do every day.
But believing in your own product and getting the rest of the world to see it are two very different things.
That's where Arbsession came in.
They believed in Hold Fast when very few people knew our name. They were willing to put our product in front of arborists and give a small company with a new idea an opportunity to be seen.
That opportunity changed things for us.
Recently, Arbsession surprised us with custom promotional magnets featuring Hold Fast. Opening that box and seeing our own brand being advertised by another company was a surreal moment. Something so simple meant so much. To see another company go out of its way to promote something we created? That's pretty epic.
Sometimes a small company doesn't need someone to open every door.
It just needs someone willing to open the first one.
As Hold Fast continues its journey, we never want to become so focused on where we're going that we forget the people who helped us get here.
Thank you, Arbsession, for seeing something in Hold Fast, for believing in what we created, and for giving a small company and a new product a chance.
And most of all, thank you for believing in Hold Fast so that more of the world could have the opportunity to see what we believed in, too.
We'll never forget who opened that first door.
